At Kasual Day, we offer worldwide shipping for all our handmade high-quality jewelry, clothing, and accessories. We take pride in our in-house production process, which ensures that our products are of the highest quality and are delivered to you in perfect condition. Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order, and we offer free shipping for orders over $50. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and handling before your order is shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kasual Day. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions on how to return your item(s). Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these requirements.
